Dave & Buster's in Orange, CA is seeking an experienced Restaurant/Operations Manager to lead store performance and guest experience in a fast-paced entertainment-dining environment. You will drive excellence across all operations and coach a diverse team to deliver memorable experiences.

Expect a demanding schedule with ~50 hours/week, weekends and holidays, and a strong focus on coaching, hiring, and development.

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER : provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
