Job summary

Dave & Buster’s in Brooklyn is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction across our fast-paced restaurant and entertainment concept.

You will oversee staff, drive guest satisfaction, manage COGS and labor, and collaborate with the leadership team to deliver high-quality results. This role requires 2+ years in hospitality, weekend/night shifts, and a passion for an upbeat, fun environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
