Dave & Buster's is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager in Islandia, NY to lead a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment venue. You will direct staffing, coaching, and daily operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining financial performance.

You will oversee recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and a fun, guest-centric culture in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven ability to manage cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment.
