Circle K in Monroe, NC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, staff scheduling, and guest satisfaction. You will supervise crew, ensure safety and quality, manage inventory, and partner with the District Manager on performance metrics.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record of training and coaching teams to meet brand standards and financial goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Acts with integrity; keeps commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff for all positions.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure health code compliance.
• Control cash, sales, and inventory records accurately.
• Train and develop team, provide feedback and recognition.
• Implement brand campaigns and ensure food quality and safety.
• Communicate with Restaurant District Manager on performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and period paperwork and schedules.
• Maintain a safe environment and uphold company policies.
