Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service per company guidelines.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals in writing and provide feedback.
• Ensure reports and required postings are completed accurately and on time.
