Main Event Entertainment seeks a Restaurant Operations Manager for West Chester, OH to lead a fast-paced, multi-brand venue combining Dave & Buster’s and Main Event Entertainment. You will oversee all aspects from guest service to cost control, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and team development.

Role requires 2+ years in restaurant/hospitality, weekend/nights availability, and proven leadership to drive performance in a dynamic entertainment-driven environment.

• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
