Main Event Avondale is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, ensuring top guest experiences and efficient operations. The role demands high-energy leadership, staff development, and ongoing process improvements across all shifts.

You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coordinate recruiting, training, and performance coaching with the management team.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
