Responsibilities

• Hire, fire, and discipline team members
• Have complete knowledge of this restaurant’s food and beverage specs
• Open and close the restaurant by balancing funds and completing paperwork
• Check for proper opening/closing of kitchen and dining areas
• Perform all positions as needed (server, support, bartending, kitchen)
• Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
• Ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
• Monitor alcohol service and prevent intoxicated guests from leaving
• Treat guests to ensure complete satisfaction and exceed expectations
• Report to work neatly in Uniform; maintain grooming standards
• Relocate to new or existing locations as needed
• Be punctual and reliable to fulfill schedule and responsibilities
• Understand controllable costs and contribute to profitability
