Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as salaried manager in full service dining.
• Experience with full service alcohol serving facility desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every aspect of restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet guest needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including profit & loss and cash controls.
• Operate in line with company policies and laws.
• Manage shifts, planning, and staff support.
• Maximize table turnover, sales per guest and per hour.
• Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness.
• Meet restaurant's P&L and expense goals.
• Promote suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain a warm, hospitable atmosphere.
