Job summary

Metro Philly Management is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager in Pennsylvania to lead daily operations of Restaurant + Bar. You will supervise opening, closing, labor scheduling, and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities include driving guest satisfaction, managing cost controls, coordinating with kitchen and events, and developing a high-performing team through coaching and training. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Pennsylvania RAMP Certification required or ability to obtain.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Restaurant + Bar.
• Supervise opening, closing, and shift-change procedures.
• Ensure all operating standards and service procedures are followed.
• Coordinate operations with banquet, catering, golf, and hotel departments when applicable.
• Monitor reservations, seating, and guest flow to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and daily reporting.
