The role requires 3+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of food and beverage. Familiarity with Micros POS and OpenTable is expected, with availability for varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant management experience.
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge; ability to inform customers and staff.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Familiarity with Micros POS and OpenTable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Front of House and Back of House operations including scheduling, ordering, reservations, events, and bar management.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Control cash and receipts following policies and procedures.
• Lead and train staff, appraise performance, ensure policies are followed.
