TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Bethlehem, PA. You will oversee front and back of house operations, lead a hospitality-focused team, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of food and beverage. Familiarity with Micros POS and OpenTable is expected, with availability for varied hours including evenings and weekends.

• 3+ years restaurant management experience.
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge; ability to inform customers and staff.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Familiarity with Micros POS and OpenTable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily Front of House and Back of House operations including scheduling, ordering, reservations, events, and bar management.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Control cash and receipts following policies and procedures.
• Lead and train staff, appraise performance, ensure policies are followed.
