Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our Austin location. You will ensure exceptional guest service, maintain brand standards, and lead the team to deliver quality food and beverage experiences.

You will monitor sanitation, safety, and training, while managing records, scheduling, and supervisor duties. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a focus on achieving financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals for the location including labor, sales, and COG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and ensure service standards are met.
• Check quality standards upon delivery of food and beverage.
• Assist in ordering concept supplies (food, beverage, smallware, chemicals, paper).
• Resolve customer complaints following company standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards and compliance with liquor regulations (where applicable).
• Maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards.
• Assist concept manager in evaluating associate performance.
• Ensure employees follow dress code guidelines.
• Monitor staff performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare required paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment when needed.
