Responsibilities

• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create a guest-focused culture and respond to feedback.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and product rollout with RM.
• Manage costs and inventory to support profitability.
• Supervise staff deployment and service levels.
