The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the General Manager’s absence, they take responsibility for center and floor management, covering entertainment, Food & Beverage, and overall property maintenance. They maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and staff development. If you’re interested in becoming a General Manager, this role is a great starting point.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager

  • MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve guest complaints effectively.
  • NEVER STOP IMPROVING: Continuously improve operational execution, manage staffing levels, and enhance the guest experience.
  • TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY: Execute marketing strategies to increase sales through leagues, open play, and other activities.
  • PARTNER WITH LEAGUES: Build relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats, and handle administrative duties.
  • ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff.
  • SHOW OFF MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Lead, motivate, delegate, and leverage team strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity.
  • DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES: Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, and provide staff training.
  • REMAIN FLEXIBLE: Be available to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
WHO YOU ARE

You are prepared to step in for the General Manager when needed. Your guest service skills are excellent, and you possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities. You are flexible with work hours, a team player, and eager to develop your team with the goal of advancing to a General Manager position.

DESIRED SKILLS:
  • 2+ Years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team leadership and people development skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Typical entertainment environment involving walking, bending, standing, and lifting with assistance.
