Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy’s franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Ocean Springs, Mississippi to assist the General Manager in daily operations. You will coach the team, schedule staff, and drive profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

The role emphasizes training, process adherence, and leadership across all restaurant functions, including service, quality, and safety, under the guidance of the GM or DM.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Profits: Manage labor costs by evaluating needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Quality: Monitor product quality by talking with customers during walk-throughs and by supervising crew performance.
• Service: Train crew to respond promptly to customer needs and to provide excellent service.
• Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant is clean by following the cleaning plan and directing crews to fix deficiencies.
• Training: Train crew on new products and onboarding of new managers and ongoing development of staff.
• Controls: Monitor inventory, manage cash and equipment security, and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Policies and Procedures: Follow Operations manual, health and safety policies, cash control, and incident reporting.
• Administration: Handle administrative duties, write crew schedules, and ensure benefits administration when applicable.
• Maintenance: Execute Preventative Maintenance and supervise crew to keep equipment in good condition.
