Job summary

Hardee’s Spartanburg is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in directing daily operations and upholding CKE’s standards. You will help train and coach team members, manage schedules and inventory, ensure food safety, and drive customer service toward profitability.

The AGM role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and execution excellence across all shifts, including weekends, to ensure a guest-focused restaurant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM in directing daily restaurant operations.
• Train, coach, and develop top talent to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for service, safety and quality.
• Create schedules and monitor inventory and ordering with the RGM.
• Drive customer service excellence and handle guest issues professionally.
• Support marketing initiatives and strive for margin and sales growth.
