Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Pearland, TX to profitably operate the restaurant following Taco Bell Corporation practices. You will oversee cost control, customer service, appearance, building sales, and employee development.

The role requires supervisory experience, Serv Safe certification, and strong leadership. You will manage labor, inventory, and cash handling while ensuring health and safety standards are met and the restaurant maintains Taco Bell’s image.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be Serv Safe Certified.
Knowledge of P & L statements, basic math and computer skills.
Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

Operate the restaurant in line with Taco Bell practices and procedures.
Direct front counter service and ensure quality customer experiences.
Train and coach team members to provide courteous service and handle complaints.
Lead meetings to plan, train, and review operations and policies.
Monitor costs, inventories, and labor to maximize profits and efficiency.
Manage cash handling, deposits, and payroll processes.
Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards as per Taco Bell Image standards.
Post and manage labor schedules in advance of each work week.
