The ideal candidate has at least two years of restaurant management experience, excellent communication and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop hourly team members; schedule and evaluate staff.
• Ensure a safe, professional and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Serve as go-to resource for hourly team members and address their needs.
• Provide clear benchmarks and manage shift operations for smooth running.
• Oversee performance to meet company expectations through follow-up and communication.
• Report to General Manager with plans of action and goals.
• Be flexible to work long hours during peak seasons and business needs.
