Sonny’s BBQ is seeking a hands‑on Restaurant Manager in Valrico, FL. Train and manage hourly teams, hire and develop staff, and ensure a safe, engaging guest experience. You will set expectations, monitor performance, and respond to store needs to uphold our standards.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management experience, strong English skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Expect 45–50 hour weeks with peak‑season flexibility.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing hourly team members; schedule and evaluate staff.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Be the go‑to resource for hourly staff and address needs and concerns.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to ensure smooth shifts.
• Monitor performance and provide follow‑up to meet company standards.
• Respond to immediate store needs and guest requests; ensure exceptional service.
