Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Open availability required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Ensure food quality and safety compliance.
• Manage staffing, training, and onboarding.
• Monitor cash handling, sales, and inventory.
• Communicate with Restaurant District Manager.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and period reports.
• Uphold brand standards and health regulations.
