Qualifications

• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory & cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking, and presentation according to company standards.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports; ensure timely completion of required reports.
