Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in upscale casual or full‑service dining.
• Experience working in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
• Scratch-kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor, inventory, and restaurant financials.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate hourly teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain hospitality standards, food quality, cleanliness, and execution.
• Coach, train, and develop hourly team members.
• Provide floor leadership and respond to operational needs.
• Coordinate front- and back-of-house communication.
• Monitor labor, sales, and other key metrics during shifts.
• Support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost-control processes.
• Resolve guest concerns while upholding hospitality standards.
• Implement company systems and operating procedures.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
