Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams in the food & beverage industry.
• Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee staff schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction across the dining experience.
• Handle complaints in a diplomatic manner.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Estimate food and beverage costs.
• Hire and train restaurant staff.
• Manage inventory and purchases of food and supplies.
• Inspect restaurant and equipment for health and safety compliance.
• Prepare operations reports for the F&B Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
