The ideal candidate leads by example, develops strong teams, and is passionate about hospitality, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and restaurant financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring excellent food, service, and hospitality.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor restaurant performance and drive sales, profitability, and productivity.
• Manage labor, food, and operating costs while meeting financial goals.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and health department regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
• Coach managers and team members through performance feedback and development.
• Build strong relationships within the local community and represent the Glory Days Grill brand.
• Partner with restaurant leadership and support teams to achieve company goals.
