Villagio Hospitality Group in Clifton, VA seeks an Assistant General Manager for Trattoria Villagio to lead front- and back-of-house operations, drive guest experiences, and align with our Values and Beliefs.

You will recruit and develop hourly staff, manage schedules, forecast sales and labor, partner with Sales Director for events, and ensure compliance with health codes while pursuing growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory twice per period and reconcile results.
• Collaborate with Sales Director on in-house events.
• Work with Sales Director to build sales and community presence.
• Plan and execute grassroots and charity events.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through flawless execution.
• Foster collaboration between kitchen and front of house.
• Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures.
• Represent Villagio Hospitality Group’s Values and Beliefs.
• Conduct FOH interviews and staff development.
• Forecast sales, PMixes, and labor; adjust schedules as needed.
• Review and post department schedules; create hourly rosters.
• Ensure health codes and safety standards are met.
• Attend weekly manager meetings and cascade info to staff.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive new business and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure profitability aligns with budget.
