Job summary

Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume food and beverage operation, focusing on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You will manage staffing, training, safety standards, and financial performance while upholding Boyd’s values.

You will recruit and develop a strong team, optimize labor costs, and ensure exceptional service and compliance across all outlets in a dynamic casino resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or hospitality.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop teams and manage labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the operation: staffing, training, team member relations, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing, and administration.
• Develop annual plans and budgets for operations, marketing, and sales.
• Ensure all outlets maintain highest standards for food safety and sanitation.
• Conduct performance audits and provide feedback on quality, consistency, safety and sanitation.
• Oversee scheduling for Food Server, Host/Cashier, Busser/Runner, Bartender.
• Drive guest experience and service quality, resolving issues directly with guests.
