Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation's Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of food and beverage operations.

You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and cost control while ensuring top quality service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Business or Hospitality and at least five years in a food and beverage leadership role, with strong data analysis, communication, and team development skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Hospitality and at least 5 years of F&B leadership experience.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop teams.
• Ability to manage and motivate groups to perform at highest levels.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
• High energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operating expenses including budget, P&L, labor costs.
• Maximize daily sales and control costs and labor.
• Lead staffing, training, team relations, maintenance, cleanliness and service quality.
• Develop annual plans and budgets for operations, marketing, and sales.
• Ensure outlets meet food safety and sanitation standards.
• Oversee scheduling for Food Server, Host/Cashier, Busser/Runner, Bartender.
• Ensure guest experience quality and resolve issues directly with guests.
• Lead recruitment and retention, provide feedback, and drive engagement.
