Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Hospitality and at least 5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role.
Able to train, mentor, and develop teams.
Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams to achieve goals.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the operation: staffing, training, team member relations, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing, quality product, and administration.
Oversee budgeting, P&L, labor costs, and cost controls for outlets.
Ensure outlets meet highest standards for food safety and sanitation.
Develop annual plans and budgets for operations, marketing, and sales; oversee outlet schedules with leadership.
