Shake Shack in Orlando is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will train staff, coach teams, and drive hospitality excellence while upholding brand standards and local engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a solid understanding of health codes; you’ll oversee community events and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to manage P&L and financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
