Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift. You’ll flex into needed roles, building a team that delivers hospitality without being asked twice.

You’ll drive sales, recruit and train hourly leaders, manage labor and costs, and ensure a guest-ready center during busy periods. Join a performance‑driven team with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience focus.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food, beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams meeting company standards.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and targets.
• Support FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
