Lucky Strike Entertainment in Oxnard, CA, is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade across every shift, stepping into any role the floor needs while building a team that delivers top-notch hospitality.

You’ll drive revenue through sales-focused service, recruit and train hourly leaders, manage labor, food cost, inventory, and daily financial targets, and stay on the floor to resolve guest issues with accountability.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years leading restaurant/hospitality or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and guest satisfaction.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.
• Strong financial acumen including labor, cost controls, and P&L awareness.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily ops across food, beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through service, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor planning, cost control, inventory accuracy, and targets.
• Assist FOH/BOH on floor and resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure center readiness for high-volume shifts.
