Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including selection, development and performance management of employees.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies; control costs.
• Schedule shifts, train crew, and develop shift leaders into assistant managers.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address complaints to create return visits.
• Maintain sanitation standards, health compliance, and brand image.
