Job summary

Bojangles is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Pueblo, CO to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and grow sales. You will coach a high‑performing team, manage resources, and uphold Bojangles’ quality, service, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing food prep, customer service, staffing, budgeting, labor, and inventory control. The role requires proven leadership, strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management (QSR or fast casual preferred).
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, labor, and food costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, staffing, and inventory control.
• Coach and develop team members to meet goals and deliver strong service.
• Manage P&L, budgets, labor, and food cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; optimize labor scheduling.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with District Manager and leaders on regional initiatives.
