The role requires 3+ years of quick-service management, strong communication, and a commitment to brand excellence. Open availability and a valid driver’s license are expected to support busy service periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma preferred; ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required; reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and develops Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members.
• Ensures food safety and brand quality standards are met; supervises hygiene, handwashing, gloves, and production controls.
• Trains staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet service goals.
• Maintains clean, safe restaurant operations and conducts daily/shift evaluations.
• Reviews financial reports, drives sales, and ensures profitability; manages cash, inventory, and data integrity.
• Communicates brand initiatives; leads team huddles and clear information flow.
