Qualifications

• 2 years of general manager experience.
• 4 years of manager experience over all.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, food prep, line assembly and register coverage.
• Lead and train assistant managers, shift leads, line staff and drivers.
• Drive profitability by managing COGS, labor costs, inventory, waste and cash handling.
• Coordinate and optimize delivery routes and driver flow.
• Ensure brand standards, health compliance and food safety guidelines.
