Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of general manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, bread baking, produce prep, meat slicing, and line assembly.
• Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and manage assistant managers, shift leads, line staff, and drivers.
• Drive profitability by managing COGS, labor costs, inventory, waste, cash handling and reports.
• Route deliveries and manage driver flow to maximize speed and coverage.
• Ensure adherence to Jimmy John's recipes, cleaning protocols, and health/safety standards.
