Jimmy John’s is seeking a General Manager to captain restaurant operations and uphold our high service standards. You will supervise the service staff, ensure exceptional customer interactions, and work closely with other managers to deliver a consistent, red-carpet experience for guests.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, driving the team to deliver Jimmy John’s quality and speed across shifts, with a culture focused on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have 2+ years of experience running a team in a fast-paced food environment
• Must be dependable and coachable, with the ability to coach others
• Experience handling customer and employee issues
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident and outgoing
• Ability to stand for long periods
