Whataburger Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume location, drive performance, and cultivate a culture of hospitality and teamwork. You will lead daily operations, coach a large team, and partner with leadership to meet sales and service goals.

You’ll ensure quality, safety, and brand standards while supporting career development and a positive work environment. This home-location role offers growth into Operating Partner opportunities and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet physical demands.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training).
• Valid driver’s license with active auto liability in home state.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service to create friendly, fast, and authentic Whataburger experiences.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach full potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and workplace safety in line with brand standards.
• Model Whataburger values; foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Lead shift transitions and maintain smooth operations across all day parts.
• Guide talent development, training, hiring, and retention with restaurant leadership.
• Support business planning, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
