Job summary

Pilot Companies in Texas seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee store management, ensure policy compliance, and drive guest service. The role focuses on supervising managers, achieving cost and labor goals, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations while coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and cash registers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise that managers follow opening/closing procedures and labor policies.
• Oversee staff to ensure order accuracy and guest service.
• Supervise inventory, chicken counts, and waste daily/weekly.
• Ensure management team maintains a safe, professional work environment.
• Address customer complaints and escalate when unresolved.
• Fill in scheduling gaps and assist with daily/weekly cleaning.
• Create weekly schedules and meet labor goals.
• Ensure daily inventory across shifts is completed.
• Oversee truck orders to meet food cost goals.
• Approve weekly inventory and cost-of-goods records.
• Identify and resolve cost discrepancies.
• Recruit, orient, train, and schedule team members.
• Manage all cash handling in-store.
• Work with District Manager on performance coaching.
• Communicate job expectations and enforce policies.
