Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, respond to customer needs, and support managers to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Experience in restaurant operations, strong calculator and computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator and a computer.
