Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and cash registers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to effectively resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise that managers follow opening/closing procedures and labor policies.
• Oversee managers and staff to achieve order accuracy and guest service.
• Supervise daily and weekly inventory, chicken counts and waste.
• Ensure management maintains a safe, professional work environment.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate when unresolved.
• Fill in positions to meet cleaning schedules and delegate tasks.
• Create weekly schedules and meet labor goals.
• Ensure daily inventory across shifts is completed.
• Ensure truck orders meet food cost goals.
• Recruit, orient, train and schedule team members.
• Manage cash handling in store.
• Work with District Manager to manage performance (coaching, counseling, discipline).
• Communicate job expectations and monitor performance.
• Perform restaurant inspections to meet standards.
• Cultivate a great culture and environment for staff.
• Correct service issues with grace to cultivate returning customers.
• Maintain sanitation standards and safety regulations.
