At BIBIBOP, we blend bold Korean flavors with healthy ingredients to create a unique dining experience that our guests love. We’re now seeking a dedicated and driven Operations Leader to join our team and partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead, train, schedule, and uphold quality and safety standards while supporting growth and career development for the team.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ and have leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail setting.
Ability to manage daily operations, motivate staff, and uphold standards.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes for smooth operations.
Uphold company policies, health and safety standards.
Address guest feedback professionally and ensure positive resolutions.
Assist in training and developing team members to reach their potential.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
