Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes for smooth ops.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist in training and developing team members to reach potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
