Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, bowling operations across all shifts and build a high-performing team. You’ll ensure hospitality standards, drive revenue, and manage labor and costs to meet targets.

You will recruit, train, and schedule hourly staff, support FOH and BOH, and adapt to peak periods while delivering memorable guest experiences across our centers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume hospitality or restaurant operations.
• Sales-driven with ability to upsell and drive revenue.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong guest-experience focus and accountability culture.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade, ensuring service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and deliver great guest experiences.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, and reinforce accountability.
• Ensure center is guest-ready across high-volume shifts.
