Responsibilities

• Translate the company’s Vision and Values into individual and team goals.
• Align performance measures to support restaurant goals.
• Model, recognize, and reinforce desired behavior and align rewards.
• Determine employee career goals and monitor performance.
• Provide employees with support to achieve their full potential.
• Solicit employee feedback and act on survey results to develop staff.
• Resolve employee concerns in line with policies and escalate to Territory Director as needed.
• Resolve guest issues and communicate major issues to Territory Director.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards (QSC).
• Oversee scheduling to balance work/life with business needs.
• Maintain inventory levels and optimize ordering and usage to control costs.
• Develop strategic plans aligned with regional objectives and improve financial performance.
• Prepare and review financial reports and ensure payroll and cash handling accuracy.
