Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Atlanta, Texas to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure food safety and image standards. You will lead staff, control costs, manage inventory, and deliver customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

As a Store Manager, you will recruit and develop team members, enforce safety protocols, and strive to increase sales and profit potential while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
