Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members.
