Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist the GM with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent development, and reporting.
• Train and develop team members to prepare and package orders promptly and meet service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting, including P&L, to drive business decisions.
