Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Albany, GA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple departments, drive efficiency and customer satisfaction, and lead a team to meet sales goals.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting, collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering strong financial results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales > $2M.
• 2+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple operations including retail, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen and truck care.
• Maintain a safe, clean facility with restroom/shower upkeep, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Understand financial reporting; analyze profit and loss and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
