Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of restaurant management experience in casual dining.
• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management preferred.
• Experience teaching and training staff.
• ServSafe or food safety certification preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of daily restaurant operations and paperwork.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address guest concerns.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant associates.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and drive sales and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and security.
• Evaluate associate performance and coach for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with managers, staff, and guests.
